Overview

Associate Professor Dr. Choladhis Sinrachtanant is a Thai facial plastic surgeon with nearly five decades of experience, holding dual board certifications in both facial plastic and reconstructive surgery and otolaryngology. A graduate of Mahidol University's Faculty of Medicine, he spent over 25 years as a medical professor and Head of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the prestigious Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital. An International Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (USA) and Fellow of the International College of Surgeons with laser surgery training in Japan, Dr. Choladhis is also the current President of the ASEAN Facial Plastic Surgery Association. He is widely recognised as an innovator in aesthetic medicine — having invented the Face-Lock™ facelift, pioneered the Fat Graft Rhinoplasty technique, and developed advanced facial sculpting methods using multi-cell technology and biological fillers. In 1982 he founded Teeraporn Medical, later expanding to Teeraporn Clinic and, in 2025, Teeraporn Hospital — a testament to a career defined by surgical excellence, innovation, and entrepreneurial vision.
